François Luscan - Président & CEO

Prior to Albéa, François had a proven track record for driving development and profitability. He began his career in R&D at Pechiney Group in 1985. He then worked as a production engineer in the flexible packaging division for three years. In 1989, he rejoined Cebal's tubes division, and was appointed head of several factories. During this period, the volume and operating profit jumped by 20%.He was then promoted to managing director of Cebal aerosols division, managing six factories and generating over $100 million in gross revenue. Thanks to a successful development plan and restructuring, he was able to significantly improve the business's profitability before selling it.
François is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Lyon and Sup’Aero.

Axel Moreau
Axel Moreau - Vice-président exécutif, ressources humaines

Axel Moreau has been in charge of human resources since the creation of Albéa, to which he was an integral contributor. He is currently executive vice president of HR. Axel began his career in HR at Pechiney Group, which produced and transformed aluminum for the transportation and construction industries. In 1996, he joined the BSN group, but three short years later, the Pechiney group called him back to join Cebal, its tube packaging division. He was head of HR for the aerosols Europe business unit before taking the position of HR director at the global perfumes and cosmetics division (Techpack International) at the end of 2003. Axel went on to support the integration of the two entities when Alcan Packaging Beauty was created in 2004.

Bruno Manach
Bruno Manac'h - Vice-président exécutif et directeur financier

Bruno Manac'h joined Albéa in April 2018 as chief financial officer and executive vice president. Bruno brings his long and vast experience in finance and acquisitions across a variety of industrial sectors – B2B and B2C, under private and public ownership, in global and family-owned companies. Prior to joining Albéa, Bruno was chief financial officer at premium foods producer Labeyrie Fine Foods, high-tech defense manufacturer Photonis Technologies, nutritional pet food producer Royal Canin, and food-pharma ingredient producer Diana Ingredients.   Bruno is a graduate of ESSEC.

Cécile Tuil
Cécile Tuil - Vice-présidente, Communication

Cécile Tuil joined Albéa in March 2014 as vice president of communications. Cécile started her career with Pechiney, where she held various positions in marketing, sales, business development, and communications. She was communications director for Alcan's beauty packaging business (Alcan Packaging Beauty) before moving to Areva's transmission and distribution business in 2008, where she was director of central communications. In 2010, Cécile joined Schneider Electric as vice president of influence strategy, spearheading influence and marketing for Schneider Electric's Smart Cities strategic initiative.  Cécile graduated from ENSIA engineering school with a degree specializing in the food industry.

Charles Antoine Roucayrol
Charles-Antoine Roucayrol - Vice-président exécutif et directeur juridique, secrétaire général

 Charles-Antoine Roucayrol joined Albéa in October 2010 as general counsel and was appointed executive vice president and general counsel in 2013. In 2018 he was named company secretary. Prior to joining Albéa, Charles-Antoine started his career at Siemens before joining Valéo Group, where he grew from an international business lawyer to a legal officer for the friction materials division and deputy general counsel for the climate control division. From 2001 to 2007, he served as general counsel for Safran Group’s Labinal Power Systems, which manufactures and supplies electrical systems and engineering services. He established not only the legal department and procedures, but also dealt with joint-ventures negotiations, litigations, and recovery planning. In 2007, he became global general counsel at the Alten Group, where he ran several successful external-growth projects.  Charles-Antoine holds an Executive MBA from HEC. He is a graduate of Panthéon University Assas and René Descartes University, where he studied business law, comparative law, and national and international litigation.

François Tassart -
François Tassart - CEO, Albéa Cosmetics & Fragrance

Francois Tassart is responsible for the cosmetic rigid packaging product line at Albéa. Francois joined Albéa at the end of 2005 as sales and marketing director of the European tube division. He was named vice president of sales, marketing, and innovation in 2008, then executive vice president of sales and beauty solutions in 2013, responsible for leading Albéa’s international sales force. He has held his current role as CEO, Cosmetic Rigid Packaging since 2020. Prior to joining Albéa, Francois began his career at Andersen Consulting before moving to Carnaud Metalbox (Crown Cork & Seal). Having occupied an internal audit position, he became head of information systems and logistics in Asia, before taking over information systems management for Food France. In 1999, he joined Guerlain, as director of planning and pricing, where he created the department responsible for overseeing launches and developments. Three years later, he was appointed general manager of Guerlain Austria.

Jose Filipe
Jose Filipe - Vice-président, Color and Care (Europe et Amérique)

Jose Filipe is vice president in charge of Color and Care for European and American markets.  In 2001, Jose left Unilever to join Pechiney as general manager of the Devises site in the UK. In 2006 he was appointed general manager for Latin America, based in São Paulo. Two years later, he moved to New York following his appointment as general manager of the beauty solutions division, in addition to retaining his Latin America role. Jose has vast operational management experience in various large international groups, such as Procter & Gamble, where he started his career, Johnson & Johnson, and Unilever.

Luc Rousselet
Luc Rousselet - Vice-président exécutif, transformation

Luc Rousselet joined Albéa in 2016 as executive vice president of transformation, leading strategic transformation initiatives, procurement, quality, and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Albéa, Luc Rousselet was an R&D engineer at Alcatel-Lucent; production manager, plant manager, and Lean Six Sigma Transformation Leader at 3M; as well as COO at 3M and Ahlstrom.  Luc has a longstanding track record of business transformation. He brings his broad international experience – in industries like pharmaceutical, medical, food packaging, automotive and aerospace, and more – to both global and local roles. Luc holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie in Rennes and an MBA from L’Institut d’Administration des Entreprises. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Xavier Leclerc De Hauteclocque
Xavier Leclerc De Hauteclocque - CEO, Innovative Beauty group (IBG)

Xavier Leclerc de Hauteclocque joined Albéa in 2012 as group chief financial officer. One year later, he was appointed executive vice president and CFO. In 2020, he took over the management of the Innovative Beauty Group division. He’s also been heading the North America region since 2018.   Prior to joining Albéa, Xavier began his career with CarnaudMetalbox (Crown Cork & Seal) in 1994 and held a variety of corporate finance roles, including finance controller of the Kenya production site and later the Crown & Closures European division. In 2000, he joined Guerlain as finance controller for the French market, in addition to serving roles in various travel retail and export as well as European market projects. In 2003, he joined Brake France as head of treasury before being appointed CFO in 2007, taking on responsibility for capital and services, IT, legal, and M&A.   Xavier holds a DESCF and Executive MBA from INSEAD. He is also president of CFO AGORA.

Nicolas Yatzimirsky
Nicolas Yatzimirsky - CEO, Albéa Tubes

Nicolas Yatzimirsky joined Albéa in 2021 as CEO of the Tubes product line. He brings extensive experience, in particular in the packaging industry. After starting his career at Smurfit, a paper manufacturer, he joined the Industry practice of consultancy AT Kearney. He then left for the Saint Gobain Group where he headed glass packaging unit Verallia in France and Brazil. In 2011 he joined Consolis Group, a leader in precast concrete structures for the building and utilities sectors. As its CEO since 2016, he led the Group’s industrial, commercial and digital transformations.
